- We are not a training organization!! As consultants we sometimes work in a training/teaching mode to assist along with our other interventions in developing leaders, and enhancing the possibilities of collaborative management. Yet all of our team is well experienced in group development.
- When mission, vision and values have not been defined, our team works with the organization as they develop their strategic direction. We can provide the process, the results come from the team members.
- Often objectives are ancient or have been badly formulated and a comprehensive review is needed by the team with the assistance of outside consultants.
