We Design

  • Gathering information is sometimes a crucial aspect of any assignment.  When it comes to surveys and special in-company programs we find it is fruitless to rely on so-called off the shelf programs.  We are often called to design and implement employee or "pulseline" surveys most commonly for an entire plant or organization.  Interpretation of results must be done with caution, especially when there are some significant issues that signal some necessary change.
  • 360 reviews are usually designed for the top team and used more often as part of a comprehensive study where a change of style to a more collaborative mode is required.
  • Many organizations realize they need specialized system type programs for hiring, orientation, planning, etc. Yet few have personnel adept in developing such systems. The results need to be simple, understandable, sensible and reliable. Our team has worked on projects such as this many times and believe we bring a special orientation to this type of design.
