Some Frequently asked Questions

So what is your specialty?

Leadership and Development. This means we’re specialists at figuring out the human component of what’s going on in an organization and what can be done about it in terms that the organization itself can handle. For a full listing of services please check our services page..

And what else makes you different?

Our wide range of expertise. We have people on our team who get the technical end, entrepreneurs who have led their own companies, have seen all the trends come and go and we have researchers who are experts in current management practises, labour in Canada, who are attuned to the nuances of communication, decision making, and what works and what doesn’t in a company and up to date in all the most recent research.

Do you do workshops?

Yes. Sometimes it’s important to address issues or build team like practises through workshops. As always, the design of workshops is wholly dependent on the client’s needs.

if our problems don’t require any big project?

Not to worry we won’t sell you anything you don’t need and you’ll find us as committed and interested in smaller projects as much as we are in the largest. We will only do what you need and what we have expertise in.

How much do your services cost?

Our rates are comparable to other firms in the field. Fees vary according to the service we’re providing and dependent on whether we’re providing a one time consulting service or working on a longer term design or coaching process.  Typical projects run from $3,000 to $25,000.

What do you give in terms of results?

We deliver what we promise and more. What you won’t get are superficial or glossy results. We strive to provide you with substantive outcomes.

How do you work with your clients to define needs and outcomes?

The very first stage is listening to what our clients have to say. We ask lots of questions and often speak to a great diversity of people throughout the organization to develop the full picture. In many cases we’re asked to observe people in their jobs so that we can understand the challenges they face. The second stage is making sure we understand the parameters of the project, and the third is to apply our expertise as efficiently and effectively as possible.
